Modelling Pics

Bella had her modelling pictures taken today, and when I got home I decided to get my camera out and these are two of the best ones I have taken of her ever.

Picnic in the Park

Was off to the park today for a picnic and to say bye bye to Mornie and Nonno who are off overseas in a couple of days, we had the lovely Chloe with us and nothing beats a nice big icecream in the park does it Aunty Jo

Mini Mote

Saw this when I was at the shops and thought what a brilliant idea now that Bella has her own Foxtel unit in the playroom, knowing that she can only get the kids channels, and change to other kids channels is a big relief, she thinks its great.

School Holiday Fun

Today Bella and I headed off to Office Works to pick up a few goodies, always has a ball in there with the little shopping trolleys, then we headed to Lakeside for a look around. After much begging decided that it was okay for her to have a go on the big bouncy thing, what is it called I'm not sure so thing it is. Anyway she had an absolute rip hooting good time, bounced so high into the sky, lots of laughter and what fun to watch.

Rib Night

So this one is for Simon, forgot to take photos earlier so you only see the last of the ribs but fair to say that they were a big hit. Can't wait for another big cook up.

A Bit of Baking

Bella and I had a bit of fun today using up some of the many Easter Eggs that she got, chocolate chip muffins was the go, as you can Bella really enjoyed herself.

Happy Birthday Jesse Bear

Hip Hip Hooray today was Jesse's 3rd Birthday and of course we were there to help celebrate.

Is that Straight Hair I see

Tonight we tried the gold leaf liquor that Andrew bought on his European trip many years ago, was different to say the least, and was pretty amazing to think we were actually drinking gold.


Well tonight I straightened Jo's hair with my straightener, wow she looks so different don't you think.

Easter Sunday

On Saturday we headed up to Bev and Joes for the weekend with the rest of the Macri tribe for the rest of the Easter Break.

The great Easter Egg Hunt was on today, the kids had a great time collecting all their eggs. By the look of Bella's stash here she did extremely well don't you think.

Good Friday

We headed out to the Vines today for Good Friday and to catch up with our dear friends Darren and Anne, their boys Trent and Luke who are in town for a few days from Merredin. Seeing as though we never get the chance to catch up these days we decided to join them out at the Vines for a night, the boys played golf while Anne the kids and I lazed by the pool for the afternoon. A very nice way to spend the day catching up on all the gossip as one does.

We had a lovely buffet dinner at Muscats, and us girls enjoyed a quiet cocktail or 2 or 3 I think it may have been, followed by a few more drinks back at their unit.

Was loads of fun and look forward to catching up again.

Easter Egg Hunt

Today Ryan and Little Lauren came over to our house after school for a Easter Egg Hunt, was lots of fun and they all scored really well. Was great watching them hunt out the eggs with their little baskets.

Ryan and Bella are still the best of friends, and I dread the day that boy and girl germs start happening.

Andrew's Hawaiian 40th Birthday Party

Tonight was Andrew's 40th Birthday, we went with a Hawaiian theme which is pretty obvious when you look at all the photos. We all had a fantastic night and was so much fun helping him to celebrate. The cocktail slushy machine was a big hit, can't wait to do that again one day.

Andrew loved the DVD that I put together of all his old photos, bought a tear to his eye that's for sure. He was in for another surprise early in the night when our friends Sandra, Klaus and Kelly-Ann arrived we had absolutely no idea that they were coming over and were so happy to have them here to share the night with us.
