So today was a running around, last bit of shopping, lets get organised kind of day. The boys played golf and were lucky to get the game in as it was a bit wild and stormy late this afternoon.
Tonight we headed off to Baton Rouge for a nice dinner, was quite impressed with what we had, Andrew and Simon had a Canadian Ceasar to drink. I did have a try and it was something different allright.
Ingredients for a Canadian Ceasar
- Vodka
- Clam Juice
- Tomato Juice
Quantities for one drink:
- 2 oz Vodka
- 5 oz Clam Juice
- 5 oz Tomato Juice
Blending Instructions:
- Salt the rim of a collins glass
- Add some ice cubes, then vodka, clam juice and tomato juice
- Garnish with a celery stick
