Baton Rouge

So today was a running around, last bit of shopping, lets get organised kind of day. The boys played golf and were lucky to get the game in as it was a bit wild and stormy late this afternoon.

Tonight we headed off to Baton Rouge for a nice dinner, was quite impressed with what we had, Andrew and Simon had a Canadian Ceasar to drink. I did have a try and it was something different allright.

Ingredients for a Canadian Ceasar

  • Vodka
  • Clam Juice
  • Tomato Juice

Quantities for one drink:

  • 2 oz Vodka
  • 5 oz Clam Juice
  • 5 oz Tomato Juice

Blending Instructions:

  • Salt the rim of a collins glass
  • Add some ice cubes, then vodka, clam juice and tomato juice
  • Garnish with a celery stick
Anyway we all had a really nice night out, and way too much food.
