Central Park, Macy's and the Lion King

,

Had a lovely day today, after breakfast we walked up to Central Park, had a quick look and decided that the best way to see would be in a horse drawn carriage, Bella was thrilled and we had a lovely tour around the Park. Was lovely and cool in amongst the trees, was quite warm here today. The trip lasted for about an hour so was pretty good value and we saw everything we wanted to. Finished off our trip with a couple of goes on the Merry Go Round.

Afterwards we went to the Apple shop and checked out the new I-Phone alas they don't sell unlocked ones there so no purchase for us, next we headed back down the road, and stopped at the Soup Mans shop, you know the one from Seinfeld, well there are a few of them here. The soup was fantastic and we had a lovely lunch. Next it was back down 5th Avenue until we got to Macy's where I had a bit of fun buying a few goodies for myself, Bella scored pretty well again too.

We had a bit of a rest this afternoon, which was a good thing as it started raining, so good timing.

Tonight we were off to see the Lion King, wow another wonderful Broadway show, we all really enjoyed it. The show was amazing a fantastic mix of singing, dancing and puppetry.
