So Andrew got busy in the kitchen last night , Sue and I contributed though as we shopped for all the ingredients, which is a task when your in a different country and so used to buying the same ones all the time back home.
Anyway it was a big hit and was just as good as what we would make at home, Simon was in Cutlet heaven, he even had a lunchpack to take to work this morning, well we did drop it into him on our way out.
